Victoria El-Khoury
Co-founder of ONDES organization and its executive director, I was elected as municipal board member in Sin el Fil in 2004 and 2016.
Since 1999, I have been working in the region as counsultant and as coach for a number of programs connected with local governance and the inclusion of women in political action.
I believe that true change and the building of homeland and citizenship starts at the local level before expanding to the national stage.
Charbel Aoun
I am a Lebanese citizen living in Lebanon and working as actor, and theater coach, and psychosocial support coach via arts, and speech coach, and the author of an independent video for social media platforms.
As ONDES’s projects coordinator, I work on several programs while advocating for art as a powerful communication tool. I am also an actor, theater and speech coach, psychosocial support facilitator through arts, and independent video creator for social media.
Rana Demian
Currently head of the administrative department at Sin el Fil municipality, I have started my journey in municipal work in 2008 in the department of health and local development. I am a board member at the YMCA Lebanon, and member of the Lebanese National network for Insider Mediators.
In ONDES, I am the MEAL consultant capturing the impact of our initiatives.I believe that young people and women have an essential role to play in achieving change on the local level as well as on the national level, and they set an example of dedication & professionalism.
